Airport Meet and Assistance

Service Description

The price covers one traveler for one arrival or departure service at one airport. Customers select Arrival Assistance or Departure Assistance during checkout. ARRIVAL ASSISTANCE INCLUDES ● Monitoring of the scheduled arrival flight ● Pre-arrival confirmation and coordination ● Personal greeter at the designated airport meeting point ● Personalized name sign when permitted ● Guidance through the airport arrival process ● Assistance locating immigration, baggage claim, customs, and terminal exits ● Baggage-claim and porter coordination when requested ● Escort to the approved passenger-pickup area ● Connection with the customer's prearranged driver or transportation provider ● Arrival confirmation to a designated family member or contact when requested DEPARTURE ASSISTANCE INCLUDES ● Pre-departure confirmation and coordination ● Meeting at the designated terminal or curbside location ● Assistance locating the correct airline check-in counter ● Guidance through check-in and baggage-drop procedures ● Direction to security, immigration, the departure gate, or lounge ● Coordination with the customer's driver regarding airport arrival time ● General airport navigation and travel assistance IMPORTANT INFORMATION ○ Airport transportation is not included in the $85 Airport Meet and Assistance service. ○ Each additional traveler requires a separate $85 Airport Meet and Assistance booking. ○ Porter fees, lounge admission, wheelchair services, and other third-party services are not included. ○ Fast-track immigration, priority security, airside greeting, and escort beyond restricted checkpoints are available only when permitted by airport authorities and confirmed through an authorized airport-service provider. ○ S & A Global Inc. cannot waive government requirements, override airport procedures, guarantee processing times, or influence immigration, customs, security, or airline decisions.
